Shipping and Returns

Fulfillment

All orders will be filled in order they come in. We will do our best to have orders processed and shipped within 48hrs. Orders placed on weekends, and holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping

Orders typically arrive within 6-10 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number at the time of fulfilment. 

Returns:

You have 10 business days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for return the item must be “unused” and in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in original packaging.

Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Only regular priced items are subject for return. All sales, promotional periods and/or discounted items are final.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying of your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we have received your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you within 5 business days on the status of your return.

If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card ( or original method of payment). You will receive credit within a few days depending on your card’s issuer policy.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
